Welding Rebar Coupler

Welding rebar coupler is made from solid round steel bar material. One end is hollow structure tapped full internal thread for screwing and fixing rebar or threaded rod, another solid end is for welding to steel structure or profiles position.

Welding round long nut is one kind of weldable rebar couplers with straight round sleeve and internal thread, having common straight thread style. Need to turn one end of rebar by lathe and make external thread, before screwing rebar into, also could be used the deformed rebars. Adopting stud welding machine, to accelerate welding speed during installing. It realizes a convenient and quick method for connecting and fixing rebars to structural steel plates or profiles.

1). Being ready for welding rebar coupler.
2). Turn one end of rebar by lathe and make external thread by threading machine.
☞ Please ignore this step for fixing threaded rods.
3). Screw rebar/threaded rod into by torque wrench.
4). Weld the solid end to steel structure or profiles position.
