306046 — Hex Coupling Nut

    Hex coupling nut is made of hex solid steel bar, tapped internal thread and used to connect two ends of all threaded rod, fasteners or the rebar in reinforced construction site, without making the rebar lap joint or other fastening connection.Hex long coupling nut is suitable to connect two parts of the same diameter. When the  connecting  is fully engaged in the coupling nut to tighten using a torque wrench.

    In reinforced concrete structure, They are used instead of common steel lap joint, also suitable to used in reinforced concrete columns and walls. After connecting, each hex long nut is composed of one rebar or threaded rod. Hex coupling nut is equipped with full thread and connection sleeve. In construction projects, hex coupling nut may be used instead of reinforcement couplers passing through the formwork.

[Processing and Installing Steps]:

❶ Being ready for rebar coupler or threaded rod.

❷ Turn one end of rebar by lathe and make external thread by threading machine.

☞ Please ignore this step for connecting the threaded rods.

❸ Screw two ends of rebar into rebar coupler together by torque wrench.

❹ Install in the reinforced concrete site,reinforcement construction works.
