Threaded Rebar Coupler

    Round threaded rebar couplers are made of steel seamless tube or solid steel rod, suitable to connect two sections of reinforced bar to extend the length,used in the reinforced concrete site, reinforcement construction works and reinforced bar mesh projects. One end of rebar is turned by the lathe and made external thread by threading machine. Both threaded ends are screwed into rebar coupler for connecting by torque wrench tool.

     During concrete pouring, often encountering the concrete can not pass through the reinforcement grid, the mechanical rebar couplers connecting effectively doubles the ratio of reinforcement to concrete to prevent concrete blockage and limiting the flow and distribution of larger aggregate particles and improve effectiveness of vibration reinforcement.

[Processing and Installing Steps]:

1). Being ready for rebar coupler.

2). Turn one end of rebar by lathe and make external thread by threading machine.

☞ Please ignore this step for connecting the threaded rods.

3). Screw two ends of rebar into rebar coupler together by torque wrench.

4). Install in the reinforced concrete site.
