Stainless Steel Lifting Sockets

Stainless steel lifting sockets is made of stainless steel seamless tube 304-A2 or 316-A4 standard having excellent corrosion and rust resistance after being embedded in concrete structure.Fixed into the concrete unit with reinforcement through the cross hole and inserted a plastic cap inside to prevent the concrete slurry from infiltrating into the thread from the bottom.
In precast concrete lifting, extra steel bar must be used during usage and passed through the cross hole opposite to the tension. The reinforcement must be fully embedded and contacted with the area around the socket to transfer the load force to the concrete through the cross hole.The steel bars shown here must be used to create a shear tension on the insert. The lifting points are widely used in precast concrete products to achieve lifting, moving or transporting by lifting loops or slings.
