HDG Threaded Inserts

     HDG threaded inserts are heavy duty hot forged foot threaded ferrule inserts, especially designed with a large square foot made by hot forging process with high strength fixing and anchoring in the reinforced concrete structure site, having a  cross hole used to pass through a steel bar in reinforcement grid to connect the steel bars to prevent the movement and vibration during the concrete pouring and increasing loading strength after being embedded in reinforced concrete structure.

HDG Threaded Inserts

   Concrete HDG threaded inserts are widely used for the pouring of precast concrete components in construction projects. Tapping RB internal threads, which can directly fasten rebar to realize a simple, fast and safe anchor- positioning solution in the reinforcement structure. No extra rebar is required for the loading to be transferred to the concrete base material through the foot and across the steel bar.

 Square foot is made by hot forging process, With a cross hole.

HDG has better anti-corrosion and anti-rust functions than ordinary zinc plating to increase usage time.

 A cross hole design used to pass through steel bar to prevent moving, vibration and increasing loading strength during concrete pouring.

 Square foot and a cross hole design make the bearing capacity of concrete be transmitted no extra steel bar.

 Tapping Rb thread make rebar connect and fasten directly and easier to fix in reinforced bar grid after embed in reinforced concrete structure. 

 Directly use rebar to achieve the purpose of connection and fixation.

 Used to lift or move precast concrete components with lifting loop, connect rebar or fix heavy duty objects in reinforced concrete structure.
