306017 — Elephant Foot Ferrule

    This kind of elephant foot ferrule is made the foot by hot forging process, designed without cross hole. It's one of the products in the precast concrete lifting system. Tapping Rb thread inside make rebar connect and fasten directly and easier to fix in reinforced bar grid after pre-embedding in reinforced concrete structure,used to lift or move precast concrete components with lifting loop or fix heavy duty objects.

    Concrete foot ferrules is suitable for lifting and moving various precast concrete in the different concrete environments and site conditions. Pre-embedding in the concrete structure and pouring together with the specified reinforced mesh cage.The bearing load strength is transferred to the concrete through the foot,after the concrete solidifies and hardens,The use of external thread reinforcement, thread bar or bolt products and elephant foot ferrules of internal thread of the long hole of mutual fastening, to achieve the reinforced concrete products and heavy installation of the role of fixing and anchoring objects.
