302677 — Double Expansion Anchors

     Double expansion anchor is made of zinc alloy material with the characteristics of rust prevention, corrosion resistance, environmental protection and durable usage. Designed two conical expanding nuts, one is threaded, another is unthreaded,assembled together with two heavy shields by a strong steel spring.

     Zinc alloy double expansion anchors are also suitable to install the fixtures/objects in soft or insufficient strength base materials. Designded by two expanding nuts, a threaded nut is clamped downwards and insert the threaded nut end into the hole. Place the hole with the end of nut without thread, facing upward to ensure adequate expansion. Hit gently with a hammer until the anchor is flush with the surface of the substrate. Take the clamped fixture and align the holes on the fixture with the double holes on the substrate. Turn the machine bolt clockwise until the anchor is fully seated. Do not over torque the bolt as this may cause the double expansion shield anchor to rotate in the hole and lose its fixing strength.

Installation Instruction:

❶ Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and no precise depth required.

❷ Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

❸ Insert the anchor body into the drilled hole in the base material.

☞ Put the threaded nut downwards, the non-thread nut upwards.

❹ Pass machine bolt through a guide hole in the fixture, vertically align with and insert into pre-drilled hole.

❺ Fasten machine bolt by tool till be fixed fully.
