302531 — Zinc Hammer Drive Anchor

    Zinc alloy hammer drive anchor belongs to the series of medium and light metal expansion bolts, expanding anchor plug is made of high-quality zinc alloy materials, pre-assembled a steel nail. Zinc alloy materials have better oxidation and corrosion resistance than carbon steel materials, used for the installation and fixation of the objects in concrete, masonry brick wall or solid drywall in the indoor and outdoor.

    Before installing hammering type anchorage, the size and installation specification must be considered to ensure that the proper size and length of anchorage is used. Zinc alloy hammer anchors with 3/16"-M5 and 1/4"-M6 are outside diameters and are suitable for concrete, brick and block base materials, but are not recommended for overhead applications. 

    They are also called by zamac hammer drive anchor. The installation is simple and fast. During installation, pass it through a guide hole in the installation object and insert it into the pre-drilling hole in substrate, hammer the head of the steel nail until it is hit into the mushroom head, and the lower end of the anchor body is fully expanded to complete the installation. Nails act as expansion and locking pins with tamper proof. Zinc hammer drive anchors can also be used with a stainless steel nail for the special occasions installation.

Installation Instruction:

1. Drill a hole in the base material to ensure the correct diameter and no precise depth required.

2. Use a nylon brush or high pressure air pump to remove all debris and dust.

3. Pass anchor plug through a guide hole in the fixture and vertically aligned with and insert into pre-drilled hole.

4. Hit the nail by hammer till flush with the mushroom head.
