   The design of nail plugs for cable clips present a good solution to fix cable clips in hard and soft construction substrate and are widely used in the cable installation industry.

    These cable clip nail plugs are made from the high impact polyethylene plastic materials in grey and designed according to nylon expanding anchor. After the nail of cable plug are hitted into the plug, the end of the plug is expanded fully to provide the anchoring strength to ensure the cable clips are installed firmly.

    The normal size is body 5.0 mm Dia. X 18 mm Length. During the installation in the hard substrate, to drill a 5.5 mm hole and insert the plug into the pre-drilled hole. However in the soft substrate, to hammer the plug directly into the place.

    The existing size is φ5 mm X 18 mm Length in grey. Just to drill a 5.5 mm hole in the wall and the proper embedment depth and to insert the pin plug into the hole and tap it fully. Hammer the steel pin of the cable clip into a small hole in the centre of the plastic plug. This greatly increases the friction of the steel nail of cable clip when being fixed. That can make cable clip more firmly installed on the wall to avoid falling off and loosening during the installation

     When they are installed in the medium hardness substrates, drill a 5.5 mm hole and continue as above with hard materials. In very soft wall substrates, To hammer the nail plug directly into the substrate without drilling a hole. The special size, other color are available as customers' demand.
