3334921 — Nail Plugs For Cable Clips

   Cable clip pin plugs are very easily installed to hammer the steel nail of cable clip into the hole in the center of the plug.The design idea is same as the expanding plastic anchors. 

    When the steel nail of cable clip is hitted into hole, the end of the plug is expanded to provide the anchoring strength. In the very soft substrate, to insert the pin plug into the block or wall, The friction between the steel nail of cable clip and the wall is greatly strengthened, so that cable clip can not be loosened or fallen off. but in hard substrate, to drill a 5.5 mm hole first and hammer them into the hole. Avoid breaking the base, when the nail are directly screwed into the hard base, such as hard tiles and wall tiles. As well known as cable clip wall plugs, they are widely used in the cable wire installation projects.

    Pin nail plugs are made from the high class PE plastic in grey materials conforming to RoHS. The plug diameter 5.0 mm Length 18mm. The diameter of the hole in the center of plug is about 2.0 mm.  The steel nail of cable clip are accepted  1.5 mm to 3.0 mm external diameter. The other color and special style are avaiable as customers' demand.
